The company offers customer experience management including omnichannel engagement and contact center services; payment solutions encompassing secure electronic disbursements of approximately $85 billion annually in government benefits via prepaid cards and direct deposit; transportation solutions such as electronic toll collection, automated fare systems and curbside management; healthcare solutions featuring claims processing, benefits administration, medical billing and fraud prevention powered by generative AI; human capital solutions covering HR outsourcing, payroll, talent management and compliance; government services including eligibility verification, Medicaid screening and program integrity tools; as well as finance and procurement capabilities like spend analytics, accounts payable recovery and AI-driven sourcing. Conduent operates through global delivery centers leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics to enhance efficiency, security and end-user experiences for clients such as 9 out of 10 top U.S. health plans, 4 out of 5 top global automakers and 46 U.S. states. Recent developments include the completion of its third portfolio optimization divestiture with the sale of its Casualty Claims Solutions business including the Strataware platform to MedRisk in September 2024 to streamline operations and bolster its balance sheet; a strategic partnership with Fairmarkit announced in July 2025 to integrate AI-powered sourcing technologies into its FastCap Finance Analytics platform; and the successful refinancing of debt in August 2025 featuring full prepayment of its term loan, a renewed revolving credit facility and a new performance letter of credit facility to strengthen its financial position and support growth.
