The company operates through segments including Property Funds Management, offering listed REITs such as Centuria Industrial REIT and Centuria Office REIT alongside unlisted single- and multi-asset property funds focused on office, industrial, retail, healthcare, agriculture, and data centres; Co-Investments, holding interests in property funds and liquid assets; Developments; Property and Development Finance, providing real estate credit and reverse mortgage lending; and Investment Bonds Management, delivering tax-effective single- and multi-premium benefit funds. Centuria serves institutional and private investors primarily in Australia and New Zealand, with integrated capabilities in property management, development, and transactions.
