CK Asset Holdings Limited is a multinational conglomerate primarily engaged in property development, property investment, hotel and serviced suite operation, property and project management, and pub operation, with additional investments in infrastructure and utility asset operations. The company’s property portfolio includes residential, office, retail, and industrial assets, with significant operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas markets including the United States, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. CK Asset also manages real estate investment trusts (REITs) including Fortune REIT and Prosperity REIT, and holds stakes in associated entities such as Hui Xian REIT. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Hong Kong, CK Asset pursues a prudent global investment strategy focused on long-term sustainable growth and steady enhancement of its recurring income base. In the past two years, the company has strategically expanded its United States home services sector through acquisitions completed in early 2025 and has undertaken portfolio optimization by agreeing with subsidiaries to divest its entire interests in Eversholt UK Rails.
