Business
Cincinnati Bancorp, Inc. formerly functioned as the holding entity for Cincinnati Federal, which delivered a spectrum of financial and banking services to individual and commercial clients. The institution offered diverse deposit products, including various checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts. Its lending portfolio encompassed real estate loans for one-to-four family residences, nonresidential and multi-family properties, as well as home equity loans and lines of credit, construction and land loans, commercial business loans, and consumer credit. The company also engaged in securities investments, predominantly in mortgage-backed instruments. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cincinnati Bancorp operated full-service branch locations across Cincinnati, Ohio, and Northern Kentucky, specifically in Miami Heights, Anderson, Price Hill, Covington, and Florence. Established in 1922, the company was acquired by LCNB Corp. in a stock-and-cash transaction that concluded on November 1, 2023. Following this merger, Cincinnati Federal was integrated into LCNB National Bank, and Cincinnati Bancorp's common stock ceased trading.
