- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long COHR Daily ETF is an actively managed, U.S.-domiciled single-stock leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to 200% of the daily percentage change in the common stock of Coherent Corporation (NYSE: COHR). The Fund provides a leveraged long equity-trading product for sophisticated investors and active traders seeking short-term bullish exposure to Coherent Corporation through a listed ETF structure, without directly using a margin account. Its investment portfolio consists principally of Coherent common stock and financial instruments, including swap agreements and cash or cash-equivalent instruments, designed in combination to provide approximately two times daily exposure to COHR; the Fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in the underlying security and instruments with comparable economic characteristics. The Fund resets and rebalances its exposure daily and does not seek to deliver two times COHR’s return for periods longer or shorter than one trading day. It trades on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker COHH, has a 0.75% total expense ratio, and is advised by Themes Management Company, LLC. Themes ETF Trust launched the Fund on May 12, 2026. Its principal operations and fund domicile are in the United States.
