Business
GreenMobility A/S operates an electric free-float car-sharing platform primarily in Denmark and Belgium, offering on-demand access to fully electric vehicles through its GreenMobility app for private consumers and businesses. The company provides flexible car-sharing services billed per minute, hour, day, week, or month on an all-inclusive basis that covers insurance, charging, parking, and power; premium electric city cars; e-vans for transporting bulky items; and corporate solutions including leased electric vehicles with dedicated business apps and portals for tracking usage, consumption, and CO2 savings. GreenMobility A/S maintains a fleet of approximately 1,400 fully electric vehicles concentrated in Copenhagen and Aarhus, Denmark, with operations supporting urban mobility trends such as urbanization, sustainability, and the sharing economy; it serves customers seeking affordable, convenient alternatives to private car ownership and taxis while reducing traffic congestion and emissions. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, the company recently signed a non-binding letter of intent in November 2025 with U.S.-based Tensor Auto Inc. to explore deploying up to 2,000 Level-4 autonomous robocars in Denmark, starting potentially in Copenhagen; it executed a strategic refocus in 2024 by closing international markets outside its core operations and reallocating vehicles to Denmark, alongside a capital increase of DKK 15 million from existing investors; and continues operational enhancements including a new customer-friendly platform with yield management features and fleet utilization improvements driving revenue growth of 29% and EBITDA growth of 76% in the first half of 2025.
