Recent developments include the September 2024 acquisition of Fanatec to expand sim racing products, serving a $1 billion market; a multi-year partnership with Activision as exclusive launch partner for Call of Duty Black Ops Six with themed products; introduction of 78 new products in 2024; and growth in direct-to-consumer sales exceeding 10% of revenue following acquisitions of Origin PC, SCUF Gaming, Drop and Fanatec.
