(CSBI) manufactures and markets high-performance vehicles and related accessories through its wholly owned subsidiaries Shelby American, Inc. and Carroll Shelby Licensing, Inc.; core offerings include authentic continuation Cobra models such as the Cobra 427 S/C, Cobra 289 FIA, and Cobra 289 S/C, aftermarket styling and performance parts under the Shelby Performance Parts brand, and post-title performance packages for Ford Mustangs including the Shelby GT, GT1000, Super Snake, GT-S, and Shelby Raptor for Ford trucks. The company licenses the Shelby brand to third parties for vehicles, memorabilia, video games, models, toys, branded apparel, and performance parts; it sells products through a proprietary dealer network in North America and Europe. Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Gardena, California, with Shelby American operations in Las Vegas, Nevada, Carroll Shelby International targets automotive enthusiasts and operates in the consumer discretionary automobile manufacturers sector.
