Business
Argyle Resources Corp. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of critical mineral and precious metal properties across North America. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, the company operates in the natural resources sector, targeting raw material supply chains for the semiconductor, solar photovoltaic, battery energy storage, defense, and high-technology industries. Argyle Resources Corp. offers comprehensive mineral asset exploration and resource evaluation services; conducts geological mapping, surface sampling, and geochemical analyses; executes diamond core drilling programs and induced polarization geophysical surveys; advances high-purity quartzite silica exploration across its wholly owned Quebec asset portfolio, which includes the Lac Comporté, Matapedia, Pilgrim Islands, and Saint Gabriel projects; conducts marble-hosted crystalline flake graphite exploration through an option on the Frenchvale Property in Nova Scotia; and undertakes precious metal exploration focusing on silver and gold mineralization at the McKay Hill Property in the Yukon Territory. In recent major developments, the company entered into an option agreement with Metallic Minerals Corp. to acquire a 100% interest in the McKay Hill silver-gold project in the Yukon, completing an extensive field exploration program and establishing priority drill targets; completed a 2,287-meter diamond drilling campaign at the Lac Comporté silica project in collaboration with the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique; expanded its North American silica footprint through the acquisition of the Saint Gabriel project in Quebec and the staking of lode claims for the Bovill silica project in Idaho; rationalized its asset portfolio by terminating its option agreement on the Clay Howells rare earth property in Ontario to focus capital on core silver and silica assets; executed a 5-for-1 common share consolidation to optimize its capital structure; and completed multiple capital-raising initiatives, including private placements and Listed Issuer Financing Exemption offerings, to support continuous property development and exploration activities.
