Business
Bayridge Resources Corp. is a Canadian junior mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and advancement of mineral properties with high potential for clean energy commodities, primarily uranium and lithium. The company engages in the identification, evaluation, and exploration of critical energy metal assets in established Canadian mining jurisdictions; geological mapping and geochemical sampling programs; airborne magnetics, radiometrics, and versatile time-domain electromagnetic geophysical surveys; diamond core drilling and exploratory target verification; and technical resource assessments and regulatory compliance reporting. Bayridge Resources Corp. concentrates its exploration activities across several key Canadian assets, including the Baker Lake Uranium Project, covering approximately 619 square kilometers across 83 contiguous mineral claims in the Thelon-Baker Basin within the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut; the Waterbury East Uranium Project, encompassing approximately 1,337 hectares in the northeastern Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, situated near the Cigar Lake Mine; and the Sharpe Lake Lithium Project, encompassing 4,413 hectares of rare-element pegmatite claims located in the Red Lake Mining District of northwestern Ontario. Founded in 2022 and originally incorporated as Aspen Resources Corp. before changing its corporate name to Bayridge Resources Corp. in May 2023, the company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In recent corporate developments, Bayridge Resources Corp. entered into definitive option agreements with CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. to acquire interests in the Athabasca Basin, subsequently vesting a 40% joint-venture interest in the Waterbury East Uranium Project while streamlining its portfolio by electing not to exercise its option on the Constellation property. Furthermore, the company expanded its clean energy mineral footprint by signing a definitive agreement and completing the acquisition of a 51% interest in the Baker Lake Uranium Project in Nunavut, executing airborne geophysical and radiometric surveys across its Sharpe Lake lithium claims, completing maiden and follow-up diamond drilling campaigns at Waterbury East, and conducting private placement equity financings to fund ongoing exploration operations and working capital requirements.
