Claritev Corporation (NYSE: CTEV), formerly known as MultiPlan Corporation, provides data analytics and technology-enabled cost management, payment integrity, and revenue integrity solutions to the healthcare industry primarily in the United States; its core offerings include analytics-based services utilizing data-driven algorithms to detect claims overcharges, negotiate reimbursements, and recommend fair market value pricing; network-based services delivering contracted discounts with healthcare providers and outsourced network development and management; payment and revenue integrity services that identify improper charges, recover underpaid premiums, and ensure billing accuracy; and data and decision science services applying predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize benefit plan design, clinical outcomes, and total cost of care. The company serves national and regional insurance companies, Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, provider-sponsored health plans, third-party administrators, self-insured employers, property and casualty insurers, bill review companies, over 700 healthcare payors, 100,000 employers, 60 million consumers, and 1.4 million contracted providers through its enterprise platform powered by AI, machine learning, and over 40 years of claims processing experience. Founded in 1980 and headquartered in New York, New York, with principal executive offices in McLean, Virginia, Claritev rebranded from MultiPlan in February 2025, changed its stock ticker to CTEV effective February 28, 2025, and reported a return to revenue growth in the second quarter of 2025 with multi-year client renewals, new enterprise subscription deals, and expanded partnerships across verticals including record-sized wins and new logos in key market segments.
