- Cultivar ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund series of ETF Opportunities Trust that seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments principally in U.S.-listed equity securities assessed by Cultivar Capital, Inc. to be undervalued. The fund, which commenced operations on December 22, 2021, trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker CVAR and is offered through ETF Opportunities Trust, a Delaware statutory trust organized in 2019 and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. Cultivar ETF provides investors with exchange-traded exposure to a diversified, valuation-oriented portfolio of common stocks across market capitalizations and industries; U.S. Treasury bills; U.S. Treasury bonds; and cash or cash-equivalent positions. Its investment process combines bottom-up fundamental security analysis, including assessments of estimated intrinsic value, with top-down evaluation of macroeconomic conditions, market valuations and risk factors; the fund uses the Russell 3000 Index as a performance benchmark but does not seek to replicate the index. The portfolio serves retail and institutional investors seeking actively managed U.S. equity exposure and may hold U.S.-listed foreign issuers, American depositary receipts and real estate investment trusts. As of September 8, 2026, the fund reported $45.64 million in net assets, 92 holdings and a 0.87% gross expense ratio; principal portfolio exposures included health care, consumer staples, industrials, materials, financials, information technology, energy, utilities, real estate, consumer discretionary and communication services, supplemented by U.S. Treasury securities. Cultivar Capital, Inc. acts as investment adviser, while ETF Opportunities Trust is the fund’s registrant and legal trust structure. Recent operational developments include continued active portfolio repositioning during 2025 and 2026, with the manager maintaining comparatively lower exposure to technology and consumer discretionary securities while emphasizing valuation opportunities and risk control through allocations to health care, consumer staples, materials, U.S. Treasury securities and cash; the fund also increased its reported net assets from $38.27 million at January 31, 2026 to $45.64 million as of September 8, 2026.
