In December 2025, wholly-owned subsidiaries Concord Asset Management and Yongzhou Jiepai partnered with Jiangsu CMBI, Taikang Life Insurance, and Taikang Pension Insurance to establish a RMB1.811 billion partnership enterprise for renewable energy investments, committing RMB550 million from the group to diversify revenue and enhance asset management; earlier in 2025, subsidiaries entered supply agreements with LONGi Solar Technology (U.S.) Inc. for up to USD118 million in photovoltaic modules and purchased USD31.66 million in electrical equipment from CHINT Electric for solar and storage projects, while securing 1,399MW of new wind and solar projects worldwide plus 308MW/616MWh in international energy storage.
