Following operational disruptions and a temporary shutdown, the company underwent major ownership and governance restructuring under the direction of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, leading to its acquisition by domestic conglomerate Alif Group to recapitalize the enterprise and restart production lines. In recent major strategic developments, the company initiated a corporate restructuring and amalgamation plan to merge with sister concern Alif Industries Limited, while continuing efforts to resolve regulatory compliance, financial reporting disclosures, and listing requirements on the Dhaka Stock Exchange.
