Bilia AB (publ) is a leading Nordic automotive retailer and full-service provider for car ownership, operating through its Car, Service and Fuel business segments. The company sells new and used cars from brands including Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co, BMW, MINI, Toyota, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Nissan, Jaguar, Land Rover, XPENG, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat and Cupra; transport vehicles from Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and Nissan; and trucks from Volvo; while offering customer financing, insurance, subscriptions, rental cars and an online auction site. Its Service segment provides workshop repairs, spare parts, tyre hotels, wheel and rim services, glass repair and replacement, car care, paint work, damage centres, roadside assistance, car dismantling and e-commerce for accessories; the Fuel segment operates fuel sales and car washes under the Tanka, OKQ8 and Tvätta brands in Sweden. Bilia conducts operations across approximately 180 facilities in Sweden, Norway, Belgium and Luxembourg, employing 5,559 people and targeting private and corporate customers in the automotive retail sector. Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, the company recently acquired BRK Lastvagnar Holding AB (Tage Rejmes Lastvagnar) in July 2025 to expand Volvo Trucks sales and service in central Sweden for SEK 350 million; acquired Jaguar Land Rover operations from Sandven AS in September 2025 in Bergen, Norway; signed a partnership with Lynk & Co Sales Sweden AB in March 2025 to handle sales and servicing at five Swedish facilities with expansion plans; announced Polestar expansions in three additional Swedish locations in October 2025; divested six properties in Sweden in July 2025 and its Mercedes-Benz truck business to Veho Oy Ab in late 2024; initiated a SEK 150 million annual efficiency program in 2025; and authorized a share buyback of up to 1.25 million shares for SEK 150 million in November 2025.
