Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Inc. produces, markets, distributes and sells high-quality wines and ciders in Canada while operating a national sales agency for over 150 domestic and international beverage alcohol brands through its subsidiary Trajectory Beverage Partners; the company manufactures premium VQA wines, icewines and ciders under well-known brands including 20 Bees, Creekside Estate Winery, D'Ont Poke the Bear, EastDell Estates, Lakeview Wine Co., Lakeview Cellars, Mindful, Shiny Apple Cider & Fresh Wines, Backyard Vineyards, Red Tractor, Seasons and Serenity, using fruit from its own vineyards and long-standing grower relationships in prime Canadian regions. Trajectory Beverage Partners acts as sales agent and distributor for leading international brands such as Fat Bastard and Gabriel Meffre wines from France; Talamonti, Cielo and Cavit wines from Italy; Kaiken and Koyle Family Wines from Argentina and Chile; McWilliams, Calabria Family Estate and Kings of Prohibition wines from Australia; Yealands Family Estate and Saint Clair Family Estate wines from New Zealand; Cofradia Tequila from Mexico; Merlet and Larsen Cognacs from France; Edinburgh Gin, Tamdhu, Glengoyne, Smokehead, Islay Mist and Waterproof Scotch whiskies from Scotland; C.K. Mondavi & Family, Charles Krug and Line 39 wines from California; Maverick Distillery spirits including Tag Vodka and Barnburner Whisky from Canada; Glen Breton Whisky; Bols Vodka; Warsteiner Beers from Germany; Rodenbach beer from Belgium; and Tequila Rose, Five Farms Irish Cream, Broker's Gin, Hussong's Tequila and Holladay Bourbon from McCormick Distilling International. Products are sold through government liquor boards, grocery stores, convenience outlets, big-box retailers and licensed establishments across Canada, with exports of Canadian wines, particularly icewines, to markets in Asia and Europe. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, the vertically integrated company owns and operates four production facilities--three in Niagara, Ontario, and one in British Columbia--with annual capacity exceeding 400,000 cases, supported by a state-of-the-art quality assurance laboratory, STARS electrodialysis system and two bottling lines on 50 acres of prime agricultural land. Recent developments include the acquisition of the D'Ont Poke the Bear brand and Perigon Beverage Group sales agency to strengthen winery sales and agency diversification; a $2.3 million private placement in 2024 led by Lassonde Holding; appointment of Basman Alias as CFO effective August 2025; receipt of $3.1 million from Ontario's VQA Wine Support program in June 2025; reinstatement of TSX Venture Exchange trading following a filing delay; and achievement of positive EBITDA of $1.1 million for fiscal 2025 ended March 31, 2025, driven by winery gross margin expansion to 50.4%, retail channel growth and government rebates.
