- EnGold Mines Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of copper, gold, silver and magnetite mineral properties, with operations focused exclusively on its wholly owned Lac La Hache Property in the Cariboo region of central British Columbia, Canada. The 25,750-hectare property, located near the town of Lac La Hache, encompasses a large alkalic porphyry-copper mineralizing system and includes the Spout Magnetite-Copper Deposit; the Aurizon Gold-Silver-Copper Zone; the G1 Copper Deposit; the Copper Skarn Zone; the Berkey Porphyry Prospect; and other mineral occurrences and exploration targets. The Company’s activities include geological mapping; geophysical and geochemical surveying; diamond drilling; core logging, sampling and analysis; resource-target generation; and environmental and community-engagement initiatives. Its exploration strategy targets both near-surface skarn and hydrothermal-breccia mineralization and deeper porphyry copper-gold mineralization. Lac La Hache benefits from year-round access and nearby highways, power, rail, workforce and mining-service infrastructure, and the Company maintains a 6,420-square-foot office and industrial facility for drill-core logging and storage on the property. EnGold Mines Ltd. was incorporated in 1987, formerly operated as GWR Resources Inc. until its May 2016 name change, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Recent operational changes include management changes announced in January and March 2025 and the Company’s August 2026 election to participate in the Semi-Annual Financial Reporting Pilot program, which changes its interim reporting approach.
