Business
ZincX Resources Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of zinc, lead and silver mineral properties in Canada. The Company’s principal assets comprise the 100%-owned Akie Project in the Kechika Trough of northeastern British Columbia, including the Cardiac Creek sedimentary-exhalative zinc-lead-silver deposit and associated exploration targets such as the North Lead Zone, Northwest Extension, Sitka Showing, South Zinc Anomaly and GPS Barite Showing; and the Kechika Regional Project, a contiguous land package in the southern Kechika Trough that includes the Mount Alcock prospect and the Kechika North property. ZincX also holds a 49% interest in the Pie, Yuen and Cirque East properties, with Teck Resources Ltd. and Korea Zinc Co., Ltd. collectively holding the remaining 51% interest. Its activities include geological mapping; geochemical and geophysical surveying; diamond drilling; mineral-resource delineation and expansion; property-option administration; mineral-tenure management; and permitting and environmental work directed toward advancing zinc-lead-silver exploration targets. The Company principally targets base- and precious-metal mineralization associated with the Zn-Pb-Ag-enriched Kechika Trough district, with its exploration activities focused in British Columbia. In 2026, ZincX received permit approval for the Akie Property, amended and exercised an option agreement relating to the Kechika North Project, and completed a non-brokered private placement of 15,166,667 units at CAD 0.12 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately CAD 1.82 million; proceeds are intended to support advancement of the Akie and Kechika Regional projects and general working capital. ZincX Resources Corp. was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
