- Future Care For Medical Industries is an Egypt-based healthcare manufacturing company engaged in the production, packaging, trading, and distribution of medical supplies, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and hygiene consumables. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Giza, Egypt, the company operates manufacturing facilities located in the Abu Rawash Industrial Zone, serving hospitals, clinical institutions, retail pharmacies, and commercial distributors across Egypt as well as export markets in the Middle East and Africa.
The company organizes its commercial operations into three core business categories: Medical Supplies and Disposables, Pharmaceuticals and Nutrition, and Personal Care and Hygiene. Its product and service offerings comprise surgical sutures, needle tips, disposable syringes, and sterile medical textiles; generic pharmaceutical medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and veterinary healthcare products; as well as dermatological cosmetics, skincare formulations, antiseptic solutions, and specialized hygiene paper products.
In recent corporate developments, the company executed a comprehensive corporate rebranding in April 2026, transitioning its legal and commercial identity from International Company for Medical Industries to Future Care For Medical Industries and updating its trading symbol on the Egyptian Exchange to FCMD. In August 2026, the company completed a major capital increase from EGP 57.67 million to EGP 115.17 million through a rights issue to finance production line upgrades, expand manufacturing capacity, and accelerate its operational investment program. Following the completion of the capital increase, the company successfully uplisted its shares from the EGX Small and Medium-sized Enterprises market to the EGX Main Market.
