Business
Everyday People Financial Corp. is a Canada-based revenue cycle management company that provides fee-for-service receivables management, business-process outsourcing and debt-collection services to organizations in Canada and the United Kingdom. Established in 1988 and headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, the company operates a technology-enabled RCM platform that helps clients recover delinquent receivables, administer billing and customer-contact processes, and improve cash collections without purchasing consumer debt. Its services include early- and late-stage collections; outsourced customer service and accounts-receivable management; billing and receivables administration; debt recovery; debtor tracing; credit reporting; legal-enforcement support; affordability assessments; and compliance-focused consumer engagement. The company serves commercial, public-sector and other institutional creditors through BPO Collections Ltd.; Everyday People Financial Solutions Ltd.; CCS Group Holdings Ltd.; General Credit Services Inc.; Groupe Solution Collect Solu Inc.; and ACT Credit Management Ltd., with operations and more than 650 professionals across Canada and the UK. In January 2026, the company acquired UK-based ACT Credit Management, expanding its UK platform to include debt collection, tracing, credit-reporting and legal-enforcement capabilities. In July 2026, Everyday People completed the sale of its non-core Financial Services and EP Homes subsidiaries to FinCard Financial Services Inc., repositioning the company as a pure-play international RCM platform. The company also announced shareholder-approved plans in 2026 to change its corporate name to Global Receivables Management Inc.
