FireFly Metals Ltd is a mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing copper-gold assets in Canada and evaluating vanadium-titanium mineralization in Australia. The Company’s principal asset is the Green Bay Copper-Gold Project in the Baie Verte district of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, which comprises the Ming underground mine and associated exploration, mining, processing and infrastructure assets. FireFly is progressing Green Bay toward a potential restart and expansion of copper and gold concentrate production through resource-definition, exploration, engineering, metallurgical, environmental, feasibility and project-development activities. Its products are prospective copper and gold concentrates derived from sulphide ore, with copper as the principal target commodity and gold as a by-product credit; the project also includes regional exploration targets and in-mine extensions intended to expand mineral resources and support a long-life operation. The Company additionally holds a 90% interest in the Limestone Well Vanadium-Titanium Project in Western Australia, where it explores for vanadium and titanium-bearing mineral resources, and maintains the Pickle Crow gold project in Ontario, Canada. FireFly serves global base- and precious-metals markets through the development of its Canadian mining assets rather than through current large-scale commercial metal production. In August 2026, the Company released a Preliminary Economic Assessment for Green Bay evaluating a 1.8 million-tonne-per-year base case and a 4.6 million-tonne-per-year alternative, and outlined a development pathway targeting an upscaled, multi-decade copper-gold operation. Concurrently, FireFly launched an approximately A$180 million equity raising, consisting of an Australian institutional placement and a Canadian bought-deal private placement underwritten by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. on behalf of an underwriting syndicate, and proposed a non-underwritten share purchase plan of up to A$10 million for eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders; proceeds are intended to support early project works, long-lead procurement, feasibility activities, exploration and mineral-resource growth at Green Bay. The Company, formerly known as Auteco Minerals Ltd, adopted the FireFly Metals Ltd name in November 2023. Incorporated in 2004, FireFly Metals is headquartered in West Perth, Western Australia, and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol FFM.
