The Canton of Zurich holds the largest ownership stake at 33.33% plus one share. Recent developments include the CHF 155 million acquisition of the Radisson Blu hotel building in 2025 to consolidate central airport perimeter control under a lease until 2033; takeover of passengers with reduced mobility services from January 2025; CHF 307.4 million investment at Zurich in first-half 2025 for projects like Dock A replacement, baggage system expansion, landside passenger zones and Zone West apron; a successful 15-year CHF 150 million debenture issuance in June 2025; progression toward Noida International Airport operational start in India with airline agreements; and infrastructure advancements such as CT scanners at security, autonomous shuttles and robots, alongside record first-half 2025 passenger volume of 14.96 million.
