The company produces and distributes content through its primary brands, including FOX News Media, which encompasses FOX News Channel, FOX Business Network, FOX News Digital, FOX News Audio, FOX Nation, FOX News International, and FOX Weather; FOX Sports, comprising FS1, FS2, FOX Soccer Plus, FOX Deportes, FOXSports.com, the FOX Sports App, Big Ten Network, and the UFL; FOX Entertainment, including FOX Television Network, FOX Entertainment Studios, Bento Box Entertainment, TMZ, Studio Ramsay Global, MarVista Entertainment, and content such as The Simpsons, The Masked Singer, and Hell's Kitchen; FOX Television Stations, which owns and operates 29 broadcast stations in 14 of the top 15 U.S. designated market areas; and Tubi Media Group, featuring the Tubi free ad-supported streaming service, FOX One direct-to-consumer streaming bundle, Credible financial marketplace, OutKick multimedia platform, AdRise, and Red Seat Ventures. It maintains headquarters at 1211 Avenue of the Americas in New York, New York, with key operations in Los Angeles, California, and was formed in 2019 as a spin-off from 21st Century Fox. In recent developments, Fox Corporation acquired Red Seat Ventures, a creator economy business supporting talent in podcasts, video, subscriptions, and live events like CrimeCon, integrating it as a standalone entity within Tubi Media Group in February 2025; acquired Caliente TV in Mexico in June 2025 to expand its sports streaming portfolio with new pay TV and SVOD offerings; and acquired a one-third interest in Penske Entertainment, operator of INDYCAR and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, in July 2025 to enhance motorsports content and digital promotion alongside its multi-year INDYCAR media rights extension.
