Pason serves exploration and production operators, drilling contractors, and oilfield service companies across Canada, the United States, Latin America, Australia, the Middle East, and other international regions including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia via local offices and a joint venture. In recent developments, Pason acquired the remaining shares of Intelligent Wellhead Systems in 2024, following its initial minority investment in 2019, and combined Pason Power with Energy Toolbase in 2024 to enhance energy storage software capabilities; the company also reported third quarter 2025 results in November 2025, declaring a quarterly dividend amid ongoing revenue from its drilling rig systems.
