The company operates through five segments, including City and Property Development, which develops city complexes, properties and land; Commercial Leasing and Retail Operations, which leases office and retail premises; Hotel Operations, which provides accommodation and food and beverage services; Jinmao Services, which offers property management and value-added services to non-owners and communities; and Others, which provides design, decoration services, operates observation decks, building technology and investment holding. It focuses on residential, commercial and mixed-use properties in key cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, serving urban customers and leveraging subsidiaries for operations. Incorporated in 2004 and headquartered at Jinmao Center in Beijing's Xicheng District, China Jinmao, a subsidiary of Sinochem Corporation, conducts business primarily across Mainland China with listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under ticker 0817 and OTC as FRSHY. In recent developments, Fitch Ratings revised the company's outlook to stable from negative in November 2025, citing 24% year-over-year sales growth in the first 10 months of 2025 and projected 12-15% increase to CNY110 billion in 2025 from projects acquired since 2023; the company renewed a financial services framework agreement with Ping An Member Companies in September 2025, extending collaboration on deposits, loans and factoring until December 2028; it partnered with Jiaxing Chengmao, Yangzhou Xida and Qingdao Yuanpu in June 2025 to fund a Beijing land purchase, retaining 40% equity; and issued CNY9.2 billion in corporate bonds and medium-term notes in 2025 alongside active land acquisitions in cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan and Chengdu.
