Unable to complete an initial business combination by the August 25, 2022 deadline per its charter, FAST Acquisition Corp. redeemed all outstanding Class A common shares at approximately $10.02 per share effective August 26, 2022, ceased NYSE trading on August 25, 2022, and proceeded to dissolve and liquidate, with no distributions for warrants and ongoing litigation over asset allocation to Class B shares.
