In October 2024, NOVAAGRO Ukraine LLC completed the acquisition of a 56.90% controlling stake from Konkur Investments Limited for USD 0.036 per share, resulting in a change of governance including new board members and the appointment of Olga Shantyr as CEO; the company streamlined its legal structure in 2024 by divesting non-core entities such as Harmelia Investment Ltd, Marrimore Holdings Ltd, AF Barvinkivska LLC and Registr LLC, reducing to five Ukrainian subsidiaries under the French parent. AgroGeneration operates as a subsidiary of NOVAAGRO Ukraine LLC and listed on Euronext Paris (ALAGR.PA).
