Formerly known as Group Sense (International) Limited, it changed its name in July 2018 to focus on magnesium alloys after disposing of its electronics business; it acquired Xinjiang Tengxiang Magnesium Products Company Limited in 2015 and magnesium assets from Century Sunshine in 2017; in 2024, it reported revenue of HK$242.7 million from 13,678 tons of magnesium products sold despite a 7.9% decline due to falling prices, while planning upgrades to its semi-coke production facilities in Hami by 2026 to meet ultra-low emission standards amid funding challenges and ongoing asset auctions related to prior loans.
