Morella Corporation Limited (ASX:1MC) is an Australia-based exploration and resource development company focused on critical minerals including lithium, rubidium, titanium and vanadium to support the global transition to clean energy, electrification and advanced technologies; it advances projects such as the Mallina Lithium Project in the northern Pilbara region of Western Australia where it holds a 51% interest, the Fish Lake Valley Lithium Project in Esmeralda County, Nevada USA where it holds a 60% interest with an option to acquire 100%, the Mt Edon Rubidium-Lithium Project, and the recently acquired Dixon Well Titanium Project in the Murchison region of Western Australia; the company also provides drilling, geophysical and project development services primarily to mining and exploration firms. Founded in 2000 and headquartered at Suite 5, 680 Murray Street, West Perth, Australia, Morella operates across Australia and the United States targeting battery minerals and related commodities for electric vehicle supply chains and green energy applications. In October 2025, Morella secured commitments for AUD 1.4 million in unsecured convertible notes with an 8% annual coupon maturing in 36 months, including AUD 500,000 from substantial shareholder Interra Resources Limited and participation from directors, with Tranche A settlement on 21 October 2025 and Tranche B subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting; earlier in 2025 the company reported positive ECU testwork confirming high rubidium extraction at Mt Edon, identified twelve new exploration targets via ground gravity survey at Mallina, and expanded its portfolio with the titanium-focused Dixon Well exploration licence acquisition.
