In 2024, the company rebranded from OL Groupe to Eagle Football Group; sold its OL Reign subsidiary for approximately $58 million; formed a joint venture with Y. Michele Kang transferring majority control of OL Féminin while retaining a minority stake and long-term brand license; added new directors to its board amid strategic realignment; received an €87.3 million loan and €30 million bank guarantee from affiliates in July 2025 to support financial stability amid DNCG oversight; and navigated legal disputes over share buybacks as Textor pursues portfolio reforms including a bid for Wolverhampton Wanderers.
