Founded in 2001 and headquartered in London, United Kingdom, with key operations in Taipei, Taiwan, and offices in the United States, Japan, India, and other regions, Gorilla serves smart city and national security markets worldwide. Recent developments include the acquisition of Communications Network System Co Ltd in June 2025; strategic partnerships with Toyota Material Handling Solutions (Thailand) in 2025 for AI in logistics and warehouses, SINTRONES Technology Corp. for autonomous driving and fleet management, and NVIDIA as an official solutions provider; a $105 million equity raise and $12 million direct offering to strengthen financial position; new contracts in Taiwan for AI-powered lawful interception with law enforcement and telecom collaboration, contributing to a $1.3 billion contract pipeline targeting closure by mid-2026; and a $1.8 billion memorandum of understanding for the Thai electricity grid alongside a $93 million backlog for 2025.
