(NYSE: GXO) operates as the world's largest pure-play contract logistics provider, delivering technologically advanced supply chain solutions including value-added warehousing and distribution; order fulfillment; e-commerce logistics; reverse logistics; transportation management; manufacturing support; aftermarket services; inventory management; packaging and labeling; and predictive analytics integrated through its proprietary warehouse management platform. The company serves blue-chip customers across diverse industries such as omnichannel retail, technology and consumer electronics, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, and agribusiness, with operations spanning more than 30 countries in North America, Europe including the UK and Ireland, and Asia-Pacific from its headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut, where it was established in 2021 as a spin-off from XPO Logistics, Inc. GXO manages over 1,000 facilities encompassing more than 200 million square feet of space and employs approximately 94,000 team members focused on automation, intelligent warehouse systems, and customized outsourcing for complex global supply chains. In recent developments, GXO completed its acquisition of UK-based Wincanton in 2025 following UK Competition and Markets Authority approval subject to minor grocery contract divestments, with integration advancing in the third quarter to enhance UK and Ireland capabilities, drive synergies, and support growth in strategic verticals; the company also integrated PFSweb capabilities into an enhanced GXO Direct fulfillment platform launched in June 2025 for midsize U.S. brands offering scalable one-day nationwide delivery; expanded its long-term partnership with Huel by increasing operational space 1100% to 111,000 square feet; appointed Michael Jacobs as President of Americas and Asia Pacific while introducing a Chief Operating Officer role and streamlining management structure in October 2025 under new CEO Patrick Kelleher to accelerate execution and North America market share in industrial, technology, and life sciences sectors; and reported record Q3 2025 revenue of $3.4 billion, up 8% year-over-year, with raised full-year guidance reflecting productivity gains and volume growth.
