Atlas Arteria Limited (ASX:ALX) is a global owner, operator and developer of toll roads with a portfolio spanning France, Germany and the United States. The company holds a 30.82% interest in the APRR motorway network comprising approximately 2,400 kilometres in eastern France; 30.85% in the ADELAC commuter road and 30.82% in the A79 transversal link in France; 100% of the Warnow Tunnel in Rostock, Germany; 66.67% of the Chicago Skyway in Chicago, United States; and 100% of the Dulles Greenway, a 22-kilometre toll road in northern Virginia, United States. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and founded in 2009 as part of the reorganisation of Macquarie Infrastructure Group (formerly known as Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited until its name change in May 2018), Atlas Arteria focuses on delivering long-term value through optimised performance, strategic partnerships and sustainable practices across its international assets. In recent developments, the company streamlined its executive team in October 2025 from six to four roles to enhance strategy delivery and efficiency, appointing Amanda Baxter as Chief Commercial Officer, Vincent Portal-Barrault as Chief Financial Officer, and Geraldine Leslie as Group Executive for People, Culture and Sustainability, while Kara Lawrence assumed the CEO role at Dulles Greenway in October 2025 following her prior service as Chicago Skyway CFO. Atlas Arteria reported a 10.9% rise in proportionate toll revenue for Q3 2025 ended September 30, reflecting strong traffic growth including 11.6% at APRR and continued toll uplifts implemented from February 2025, amid its ongoing focus on asset management ahead of key concession maturities such as APRR in 2035.
