The company, founded in 1963 and headquartered at 7 West Stimson Avenue in Athens, Ohio, maintains five physical offices in Athens, Albany, Coolville, and The Plains, supplemented by digital channels; it also owns HVBS Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary operating a parking facility. As of December 31, 2024, assets totaled $332.1 million, with total assets reaching $346.3 million and deposits at $305.3 million by September 30, 2025.
