Corgi U.S. Equities 100% Structured Buffer ETF – July Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund sponsored by Corgi ETF Trust I and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission-registered investment adviser founded in July 2025 and headquartered in San Francisco, California. The Fund seeks to provide investment returns that generally correspond to the price return, excluding dividends, of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), subject to an upside cap, while seeking to buffer 100% of SPY price losses before management fees and expenses over each annual outcome period. The Fund primarily invests in FLEXible Exchange Options on SPY and, under normal circumstances, commits at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, to investments providing SPY exposure; its portfolio may include purchased FLEX call options, purchased FLEX put options, written FLEX call options, cash, cash equivalents and U.S. Treasury instruments, rather than direct holdings of the constituent companies of the S&P 500 Index. The July Series resets its options strategy, cap and downside buffer annually; the current outcome period runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with a 9.00% upside cap before fees and expenses. The Fund issues and redeems shares principally in large creation-unit blocks and trades under the ticker HJLY. HJLY was newly launched and listed on Cboe BZX on July 2, 2026, representing Corgi’s recent expansion of its structured-buffer ETF lineup and providing a July-reset, outcome-oriented U.S. equity exposure product for investors seeking capped S&P 500 price-return participation with targeted annual downside protection.
