The company, founded in 1984 and headquartered in Tai Po, Hong Kong, offers flagship brands including Cup Noodles, Demae Iccho, Doll Instant Noodle, Doll Dim Sum and Fuku instant noodles; high-quality frozen dim sum and frozen noodles; retort products; snacks; mineral water; vegetable products; and fruit juices under its core NISSIN and DOLL brands, with operations divided into Hong Kong and overseas activities plus Mainland China segments targeting first- and second-tier cities through innovations like the ECO Cup concept. It maintains production facilities certified under ISO 22000, including plants in Fujian, Shunde, Nissin and Winner. In recent developments, the company entered a joint venture agreement in November 2024 with Nissin Asia to form Australia Nissin Foods Pty. Ltd., a 51%-owned subsidiary focused on importing and selling instant noodles, snacks, cereals and other foods in Australia and New Zealand to enhance marketing, distribution and market control amid growing demand from Asian migration; this follows the strategic acquisition of ABC Pastry, diversifying its portfolio and supporting long-term growth alongside 2025 interim results showing a 6.2% increase in gross profit to HK$677.0 million despite a slight margin dip.
