In June 2022, it changed its name from ZZ Technology Group Company Limited to Kingwisoft Technology Group Company Limited; it also faced a takeover offer from Ninego Corporation that closed in October 2023, and continues to strengthen relationships with top clients including leading Internet technology enterprises and commercial banks while pursuing business innovation and diversification as of its 2025 interim results.
