Business
New Amante Group Limited (8412.HK), formerly BCI Group Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the operation of clubs, entertainment venues, and restaurants in Hong Kong. The company operates through two main segments: the Operation of Club, Entertainment and Catering Business, which includes night clubs, themed bars, award-winning restaurants, and lounges under the LKF Lounge and Amante House brands, as well as a cigar shop under the Wanchai Amante Shop name; and the Securities Investment segment, which involves investments in securities. It also provides public relations services, catering, and consultancy services to support its hospitality offerings targeting professionals and nightlife patrons primarily in Hong Kong. Founded in 2013 and headquartered at 25th Floor, China Huarong Tower, 60 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the company employs around 52 staff and generates nearly all its revenue from club and entertainment operations in the region. Recent developments include the introduction of a bottled water supply venture in small batches to an online retail platform in Hong Kong, suspension of negotiations for a tea beverage venture to focus on alternative opportunities, ongoing strict cost-control measures to address liquidity pressures amid audit disclaimers in its 2024 and 2025 annual reports, and a planned relocation of its Wanchai office and clubhouse in mid-to-late December 2025 following non-renewal of the lease, with limited operations during the transition.
