Recent developments include multiple debt capitalisation exercises through issuance of new shares under general mandate in August and November 2024 to settle indebtedness totaling approximately HK$7.9 million with creditors including Ms. Leung Yan Fan Youki and others, thereby strengthening its financial position; board changes with appointments of Mr. Shane Liang as honorary chairman, Mr. Liu Mingqing as chairman and executive director in August 2025, Ms. Shu Huajuan as non-executive director and Mr. Yiu Chi Wai as independent non-executive director in December 2024, alongside resignations of several directors; securing a new project in June 2025; and termination of a proposed joint venture agreement in November 2025.
