Home Loan Financial Corporation (HLFN) is a unitary thrift holding company that provides banking and financial services through its subsidiaries, The Home Loan Savings Bank and Home Loan Financial Services, Inc., primarily in Ohio. The company offers deposit products including checking accounts, savings accounts, and term certificate accounts; lending products such as residential mortgage loans secured by one- to four-family properties, nonresidential mortgage loans, residential construction and land loans, commercial loans, and consumer loans including home improvement, education, savings-secured, motor vehicle, unsecured, and credit card loans; and additional services encompassing individual retirement accounts, certificates of deposit, health savings accounts, money market accounts, life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, investment products, brokerage services, stock and bond accounts, 401(k) plans, variable and fixed annuities, 529 plans, direct mutual funds, and fixed income products. Headquartered in Coshocton, Ohio, with main and branch offices in Coshocton, West Lafayette, and Mount Vernon, it operates in the U.S. financial services sector targeting retail and commercial customers in its local markets. Incorporated in 1997, the company maintains a stable operational focus without reported major acquisitions, partnerships, funding rounds, product launches, or strategic shifts in the last 1-2 years.
