Dong Nai Plastic Joint Stock Company, operating as DNP Holding, is a Vietnam-based investment holding company primarily engaged in the manufacturing of plastic piping systems, architectural construction materials, household consumer goods, and industrial packaging, as well as the investment, engineering, and operation of clean water infrastructure. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, the company trades on the Hanoi Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol DNP and operates as a majority-owned subsidiary within the Tasco Joint Stock Company corporate ecosystem. The company organizes its business operations into five principal segments: Civil and Infrastructure Plastic Products, Construction and Finishing Materials, Consumer Household Products, Packaging Solutions, and Water Utilities and Environmental Infrastructure. Its systematic product and service portfolio comprises: unplasticized polyvinyl chloride pipes, high-density polyethylene pipes, polypropylene random copolymer pipes, corrugated drainage pipes, and specialized electrofusion pipe fittings designed for municipal water networks, civil construction, electrical conduits, and agricultural irrigation; ceramic wall tiles, polished porcelain floor tiles, and luxury glazed tiles manufactured and distributed through its subsidiary CMC Joint Stock Company under the CMC, CMC Galaxy, and Prato brand names; premium household plastic goods, food preservation containers, thermal flasks, storage systems, kitchenware, bathroom accessories, and infant care products marketed under the Inochi brand via its subsidiary Tan Phu Vietnam; industrial packaging, flexible multilayer films, laminated barrier packaging, and blow-molded plastic bottles catering to food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical manufacturers; and municipal clean water production, bulk water supply management, water treatment plant construction, and water meter technology distributed via DNP Water and DNP Hawaco Joint Stock Company. The company serves municipal utilities, infrastructure contractors, real estate developers, industrial manufacturers, retail distributors, and residential consumers across Vietnam. It maintains modern manufacturing facilities, logistics hubs, and nationwide sales networks across the Northern, Central, and Southern economic regions, while also exporting select industrial and household plastic products to international markets across Southeast Asia and East Asia. In recent corporate developments, DNP Holding completed a significant ownership transition and strategic integration in late 2025, wherein Tasco Joint Stock Company, through Tasco Investment Company Limited, acquired a majority controlling equity interest of over 57 percent, integrating DNP Holding into Tasco's multi-industry platform alongside mobility, smart transportation infrastructure, and insurance services. This change in control was accompanied by senior executive leadership restructuring, including the appointment of new board leadership and the divestment of legacy individual controlling stakes to streamline group governance. Operationally, the company expanded its municipal clean water capacity and regional distribution concessions through DNP Water, increased manufacturing automation across its CMC ceramic tile production lines, and accelerated the retail store and supermarket footprint of its Inochi consumer brand across prime urban centers.
