Business
Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company, operating commercially as TTC AgriS, is a Vietnam-based agribusiness enterprise engaged in high-tech agricultural farming, sugar processing, agricultural trading, renewable energy generation, and food and beverage manufacturing. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam, the company functions as the agricultural flagship of TTC Group, operating across an integrated value chain encompassing agronomy research, mechanized farming, industrial refining, logistics, and multinational commodity distribution. The company serves domestic and international consumer retail channels as well as industrial customers in food processing, beverage, confectionery, and pharmaceutical sectors. The company manufactures, sells, and provides a diverse portfolio of products and services, including refined extra white sugar, refined standard white sugar, raw sugar, certified organic sugar, golden cane sugar, brown sugar, rock sugar, liquid sugar, low-glycemic index sugar, pharmaceutical-grade sugar, and tailored industrial sweetening solutions marketed under proprietary brands such as Bien Hoa Pure, Bien Hoa Daily, Bien Hoa Gold, Bien Hoa Organic, Bien Hoa Mommi, Bien Hoa Pro, Mimosa, and Bourbon; agricultural by-products and crop nutrition solutions, comprising sugarcane molasses, bagasse, microbial organic fertilizers, organo-mineral fertilizers, bio-char, and specialized soil conditioning bio-nutrients; food, plant-based beverages, and value-added agricultural goods, including packaged coconut water, coconut milk, desiccated coconut, ready-to-drink functional beverages, plant-based nutritional drinks, and processed tropical fruit products; precision agricultural services, comprising mechanized soil preparation, automated planting and harvesting, drone-assisted crop protection, certified seed cane propagation, agronomy advisory, and integrated cold-chain logistics; and renewable energy and utility services, including biomass electricity cogeneration from sugarcane bagasse, rooftop solar energy, and industrial steam supply. Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa JSC manages agricultural raw material cultivation areas and modern processing complexes across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Australia, distributing products across Vietnam's nationwide retail and industrial network and exporting to more than 50 countries across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania. In recent developments, the company completed a strategic corporate transformation and rebranding from TTC Sugar to TTC AgriS, transitioning from a conventional sugar refiner into an international high-tech agricultural platform centered on circular agriculture and sustainability. To support this strategic roadmap and multinational supply chain expansion, the company secured major cross-border financing packages, including long-term green loans and syndicated credit facilities from the International Finance Corporation and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. The company expanded its international agricultural asset base by acquiring and developing sugarcane farming operations in Queensland, Australia, while scaling global trading and commercial distribution operations through its Singapore-based subsidiary, Global Mind Agriculture Pte. Ltd. In addition, the company deepened strategic partnerships with global agribusiness institutions to accelerate farm-to-table digital traceability, expand its certified organic and plant-based nutritional product lines, and integrate comprehensive environmental, social, and governance standards across its multinational agricultural operations.
