The company operates multiple large-scale manufacturing facilities, sawmills, and finishing plants across Binh Duong, Dak Lak, and Phu Yen provinces through its operating subsidiaries. In recent strategic developments, Truong Thanh Furniture has executed significant operational transformations and international expansion initiatives, including forming a strategic alliance with Italian luxury furniture group Natuzzi and acquiring a stake in Natuzzi Singapore to distribute premium Natuzzi Editions products across Southeast Asia; partnering with technology providers such as Homa Tech Hub to develop and manufacture IoT-integrated smart furniture; restructuring its capital base and resolving legacy balance-sheet liabilities to strengthen its financial position; expanding its original design manufacturing (ODM) and original equipment manufacturing (OEM) capabilities to capture higher-margin contracts in Western export markets; and accelerating its sustainability framework through certified Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) timber sourcing, factory automation upgrades, and the installation of rooftop solar energy systems across its production complexes.
