Hy-Tech Engineers Limited designs, manufactures and supplies hydraulic fittings for industrial and mobile-hydraulic applications. The Company’s product portfolio includes DIN metric fittings; JIC flared and flareless tube fittings; O-ring face seal (ORFS) fittings; conversion fittings and adaptors; double-ferrule instrumentation fittings; nuts and ferrules; straight couplings, elbow unions and tee unions; bulkhead couplings and union elbows; welding connectors, weld nipples and mesh fittings; parallel male and female stud couplings; male stud elbows; swivel connectors, elbows and tees; standpipe adaptors; hollow-hex plugs, caps and soft-seal fittings; and customized fittings manufactured to customer specifications. It serves original equipment manufacturers and industrial customers in the earthmoving, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, automotive, machine-tool, injection and blow-moulding machinery, steel and rolling-mill, chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, railway and hydraulic-system sectors. Hy-Tech Engineers operates manufacturing facilities in Thane, Shirwal, Kavathe and Pithampur, supported by a Nashik operation that manufactures forged components for captive use as part of its backward-integration activities. The Company also maintains a presence in Virginia, United States, and supplies customers in India, the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia and South America, with exports including Belgium, Russia, Brazil, Italy and Saudi Arabia, as well as markets in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America. It is IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certified. Incorporated in 1978, Hy-Tech Engineers is headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, India. Recent developments include its August 2026 initial public offering and September 2026 listing on the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE; the offering comprised a ₹60 crore fresh issue and a ₹75.73 crore offer for sale. The Company intends to use a portion of fresh-issue proceeds to procure machinery and equipment for capacity expansion at its Kavathe, Shirwal and Pithampur Unit-I facilities, repay or prepay certain borrowings, and fund general corporate purposes.
