Husqvarna AB (publ) is a Sweden-based global manufacturer and seller of outdoor power products primarily serving forestry, lawn, and garden care markets. The company produces a comprehensive range of equipment including robotic lawn mowers under the Husqvarna Automower® brand; chainsaws; trimmers; brushcutters; cultivators; watering products; floor grinding and polishing machines via its Construction division; and consumer watering products through its Gardena brand. Husqvarna operates through three main divisions: Forest & Garden, Construction, and Husqvarna Motorcycles, with products designed for both professional and consumer markets across Europe, North America, Asia, and other regions. Founded in 1689 and headquartered in Stockholm, Husqvarna also includes subsidiaries such as Gardena and Flymo. In the last 1-2 years, Husqvarna has made key strategic moves including the acquisition of InCeres, a Brazilian digital agriculture company specializing in soil analysis and precision farming, to enhance its Total Farm Management offering and expand its presence in professional light agriculture. The Group has also launched four new robotic mower models featuring advanced loop-free GPS navigation technology, expanding its automated mowing solutions portfolio for professional landscaping and consumer markets. Additionally, Husqvarna Construction introduced a new range of large floor grinders with advanced ergonomic and productivity features. The company has strengthened partnerships such as Bosch acquiring approximately a 12 percent stake to bolster battery technology collaboration under the Power for All Alliance.
