Hyundai Motor Company (HYMTF) manufactures and sells a broad range of passenger vehicles, including sedans such as Elantra, Sonata, and Grandeur; hatchbacks including i10, i20, and i30; crossover SUVs like Tucson, Santa Fe, Kona, Creta, and Palisade; and pickup trucks such as Santa Cruz; along with luxury vehicles under its Genesis brand, electric vehicles through the IONIQ sub-brand (IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, IONIQ 9), hybrid models, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles like Nexo and Xcient Fuel Cell, light commercial vans including H350/Solati, heavy trucks, and buses. The company operates manufacturing facilities in South Korea (including the world's second-largest plant in Ulsan), the United States, India, Czech Republic, Turkey, Brazil, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other regions, serving customers in over 190 countries through approximately 5,000 dealerships with a focus on internal combustion, hybrid, electric, and hydrogen powertrains across retail, fleet, and commercial segments. Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, Hyundai Motor Company forms the core of Hyundai Motor Group, which includes affiliates such as Kia Corporation (33.88% owned), Genesis, and Hyundai MOBIS; it reported global sales of 4.14 million vehicles in 2024 and targets 5.55 million units by 2030, with electrified vehicles comprising 3.3 million.
