Industria de Diseño Textil, S.A. (Inditex) designs, manufactures, markets and retails apparel, footwear, accessories and home products through an integrated model encompassing design, logistics, manufacturing and retail. The company operates through its principal brands, including Zara (fashion for women, men, children and youth); Pull&Bear (casual clothing and accessories for young adults); Massimo Dutti (sophisticated tailored and casual wear for women and men); Bershka (urban youth fashion with immersive experiential retail); Stradivarius (trendy women's clothing); Oysho (sportswear, lingerie, loungewear and accessories for women); Zara Home (bedding, tableware, furniture, bath linens and decorative home items); and Lefties (affordable multi-category fashion for women, men, children and home). Inditex maintains a global presence with over 7,200 stores in 93 markets across Europe, the Americas, Asia and other regions, complemented by online sales platforms; founded in 1963 and headquartered in Arteixo, near A Coruña, Spain. Recent developments include the acquisition of an additional stake to reach 80% ownership in Inditex Trent Retail India, its joint venture with Tata Group's Trent for Zara operations in India, following a 14% increase in 2024; expansion of wholly-owned subsidiaries for Bershka and Zara Home retail in India, alongside the opening of a Bershka store in Mumbai; purchase of 300,000 square meters of logistics land in Valencia, Spain, for 64.9 million euros to support footwear and accessories maker Tempe; and plans to open approximately 200 new Lefties stores across Europe in 2026.
