Business
PT Oxala Energy International Tbk is an Indonesia-based integrated industrial and energy enterprise engaged in the manufacture and distribution of plastic building materials, as well as the provision of energy infrastructure, natural gas processing, and oil and gas trading services. The company operates through two primary business divisions: Building Materials Manufacturing and Energy Solutions. The company's core product and service portfolio includes polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes for residential, commercial, and agricultural drainage; high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes for high-pressure water distribution and industrial piping networks; PVC pipe fittings, joints, and conduit connectors; solvent cement and specialized PVC adhesives; industrial-grade wood glues; flexible PVC spiral and reinforced hoses; plastic cast buckets; and molded polyethylene water storage tanks. In addition, its energy operations encompass natural gas processing and conditioning; oil and gas mining support services; wholesale fuel and hydrocarbon trading; energy logistics and transportation infrastructure; and low-carbon and renewable energy project development. PT Oxala Energy International Tbk markets its building material product lines under proprietary brand names, including Supernova; Superintralon; Grenlon; Asiavin; Daichi; Marlon; Intraplas; Intralon; Bahana; Waterlon; Permata; Intralux; Matador; Albatross; Ammolite; Rivalon; Arigato; Hanaplas; Viral; and Rainbow. Originally established in 2005 as CV Lemindo and incorporated as a limited liability company in 2012, the company is headquartered in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia, serving civil infrastructure developers, construction contractors, industrial facilities, and energy sector operators across the domestic Indonesian market. In recent corporate developments, the company executed a comprehensive strategic reorganization following the acquisition of a controlling stake by PT Morris Capital Indonesia in late 2025 and the subsequent completion of a mandatory tender offer in early 2026. In mid-2026, the company formally changed its corporate name from PT Multi Makmur Lemindo Tbk to PT Oxala Energy International Tbk to signify its strategic expansion from building materials into the upstream and midstream energy sectors. Further advancing its energy transition strategy, the company entered into a Conditional Share Purchase Agreement in September 2026 to acquire a 75% equity interest in PT Aztech Pandu Persada, expanding its specialized capabilities in oil and gas mining operations, commodities trading, and technical field services, alongside advancing development initiatives in commercial natural gas processing assets.
