The company offers TurboTax for tax preparation and filing in versions including Basic, Standard, Premier, Home & Business, and Live assisted services; QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for small business accounting, financial management, payroll, payments, inventory tracking, and bookkeeping; Credit Karma for credit monitoring, personal finance management, and loan recommendations; Mailchimp for email marketing automation and customer engagement; and Intuit Enterprise Suite, an AI-native ERP platform for mid-market multi-entity accounting, reporting, and workflow automation. Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Mountain View, California, Intuit operates primarily in the United States through over 100 subsidiaries, with additional presence in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, India, France, Ireland, Israel, and Mexico, serving approximately 100 million customers globally. Recent developments include a strategic partnership with Amazon announced in December 2024 to integrate QuickBooks as the preferred financial management solution in Amazon Seller Central for enhanced profitability insights, cash flow management, tax compliance, and capital access for sellers starting mid-2025; a November 2025 partnership with Rehmann to deliver Intuit Enterprise Suite and advisory services to mid-market businesses for AI-powered accounting and growth acceleration; and the April 2025 acquisition of GoCo, an HR and benefits platform, to expand QuickBooks Payroll and Enterprise Suite capabilities for full employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
