Recent developments include the divestiture of Bribus B.V. to O2 Capital Partners B.V. for EUR 64 million in February 2024; a non-cash impairment of SEK 1.9 billion on UK operations in October 2025 due to prolonged weak market conditions; appointment of Sophie Rose as Head of Region UK in October 2025 and Robert Belkic as Interim CFO effective October 2025; and inauguration of a new BREEAM Excellence-certified kitchen factory in Jönköping, Sweden, in August 2025.
